Mr Harris Jay Vertlieb was appointed as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director to the Company’s Board of Directors on 31 May 2010.
Mr Vertlieb graduated from Vassar College, Poughkeepsie New York with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology.
Mr Vertlieb has been living and working in Asia for the past 25 years, covering countries such as Japan, Hong Kong, China,
Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia and Singapore. He has held senior positions in Price Waterhouse as an International
Tax Consultant, Chase Manhattan Bank as a Private Banker, Bloomberg L.P. in business development and as a Director of The
Economist Group Asia Pacific, with overall responsibility for The Economist Corporate Network in Asia. Mr Vertlieb has been an
Enrolled Tax Agent with the US International Revenue Service and Certified Financial Planner. Mr Vertlieb was also the Managing
Director of Maveric Ltd for the past 4 years.
Mr Vertlieb does not have any personal interest in any business arrangements involving the Company.
Mr Vertlieb does not have any family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholder of the Company. He also does not
have any shareholding in the Company and he has had no convictions for any offences within the past 10 (ten) years.
