Cik Wan Farah Binti Dato’ Tajuddin was appointed as Non-Executive Independent
Director on
1 December 2009.
Cik Wan Farah graduated with a Diploma in Marketing in Stamford College,
Kuala Lumpur.
She started her career as a Marketing Manager in 1988 with a firm called Y&A Sdn
Bhd which was involved in industrial maintenance chemicals. In 1993, she started
her own company called “New Era Communications” doing event management. Cik Wan
Farah later worked as an Insurance Consultant with Prudential Assurance Malaysia
Berhad and joined AIA Malaysia in 2005 as an Investment Consultant. Cik Wan
Farah is currently employed at Jason Singh & Rakan-Rakan as a senior Marketing
Manager.
Cik Wan Farah does not have any family relationship with any Directors and/or
major shareholders of the Company or any personal interest in any business
arrangement involving the Company. Neither has she been convicted of any
offences in the past 10 years.
